Viva Paella rice is the star of the show. Brought to you directly from the rice fields of the Spanish natural reserve of La Albufera, outside Valencia, the home of the Spanish paella.

​Our paellas use traditional natural spices to add the distinctive colour and flavour to the dish. No food colorants or preservatives are added.

All the paellas are freshly cooked in original enamel paella pans following traditional recipes.

Some of the ingredients used in the paellas are gluten, lactose, egg and nut free.
